Following on from the great successes of our previous fun runs, the 2017 Fun Run took place on 21 May 2017 across the Ashdown Forest. Results can be found here.

The fun run is organised in association with Mid Sussex Triathlon Club and all proceeds from the fun run go to support the work of St Peter and St James Hospice.

The run is open to everyone this year (those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult) over a distance of 5km across the beautiful Ashdown Forest. In previous years this has proven to be a very popular event and applications must be made in advance to guarantee your participation. The map of the 2017 route is similar to last year, with the new finish line on Jubilee Green, and is available here.

The fun run starts and finishes from Chelwood Gate Village Hall, Beaconsfield Road, Chelwood Gate. See the map in the Contact Us section of this website for directions.

The entry fee for the fun run remains at just £10 with all profits from this event going to St Peters and St James Hospice and Continuing Care Centre.

Registration is open from 10:00 with the fun run starting at 10:30. Online registration has now closed so if you do want to take part please download the registration form here and bring it with you on the day.
